Health Coaching

Being a health coach is a passion of mine, and working with working moms, moms to be, and brides to be in NYC has given me a wonderful opportunity to use that passion to help others in New York.  Health coaching provides great learning tools for establishing a healthy lifestyle and gives you the skills and confidence to maintaining that healthy lifestyle.

A professional in NYC myself, I know how busy New York life can be.   Between work, commuting, kids, and appointments, quick meals are often the easier choice.  But, they are not always the healthiest choice. My role as a health coach is to teach you to infuse your life with healthy nutritional choices regardless of how busy you are, and to demonstrate that health does not have to be a choice between easy or hard--even in NYC.

What can health coaching do for you?  Working with a health coach provides you with the knowledge and tools you need to build a healthy lifestyle.

In working with me as your health coach, you will have a nutrition session once a week, regardless of whether you choose a three or six month plan. In these weekly sessions, you will learn about nutrition and gain skills and knowledge that will set you up for long-term nutritional success.

Each client is different, and each New York health coaching package is customizable to fit your needs so that you get the most out of working with me as a health coach.  Health coaching benefits for all clients include:

Health coaching sessions can be held at your home in NYC, your office in NYC, or my gym on the east side in New York.
