In addition to great nutrition, exercise is another major part of your journey to a healthier you. Through personal training we help our clients learn the right way to exercise and of course we provide that extra nudge when our clients need it.
My personal trainer certification is with the American Fitness Professionals Associates and I practice with my clients in New York City. Being a personal trainer in NYC means working with my clients to define and help them to achieve their personal training goals. My clients are generally brides to be, moms to be, and moms in NYC, which means that they are juggling busy New York schedules. Because of this, personal training sessions can be held in my client’s NYC home, my client’s NYC office, or in my gym on the east side in New York.
Three-month packages include three personal training sessions per week, and six-month packages include two personal training sessions per week. Sessions are scheduled at your convenience, working with your busy New York schedule to make sure there is always time for your fitness.
